Payment Options, Policies and Instructions
We accept payment by Credit card, PayPal, or Money Order.

KidSpaceSolutions credit card transactions are processed through our merchant gateway, InternetSecure. After selecting your products and payment options, you will be asked to confirm your order. Once you choose to process your order you will be taken to InternetSecure's payment page. The first step is to VERIFY your billing info, please ensure it is the same as on your credit card statement. Click on continue and enter your credit card information, for security purposes we will require the CVN number from your card. For cardholders who participate in the Verified by Visa or Matercard Securecode programs, you will be asked to enter your security code. The transaction will then be submitted for authorization and your payment processed. Once your transaction has been completed please click on the "Click Here to Complete Your Order" button. This will return you to your printable receipt and your order is complete.
Yes, we use 128 SSL Encryption to transfer your data to InternetSecure's servers. We also use Verified by Visa and Mastercard Securecode when applicable.

Payment by PayPal
If you have a PayPal account you may pay using our PayPal payment method. Once you select your payment method as paypal and select "process order" you will be taken to PayPal's secure processing site. You will enter your login information and complete your payment following PayPal's instrustructions. Please remember to click on "Return to Merchant" when you finish your payment to ensure that your order is correctly processed.
Payment by Money Order
KidSpaceSolutions does accept Payment by Money Order. However we do not accept Personal Cheques. To use this option please select the "Money Order" payment option. Please make the money order payable to "KidSpace Solutions". The amount of the money order to send will be the Grand Total at the bottom of your invoice. Please mail this money order to:

Your order will be processed once the money order has been received and placed in the bank.
Please note: Orders paid for by money order are not processed until the money order has been received. As such, we are not able to guarantee that the item you order will still be in stock when we receive payment, in which case you will be notified and you can either wait for the item on back order, or we will send your money order back to you.
Yes! We are able to accept your order by phone. If you know what you want we ask that you create your order by adding your items to your cart and go through the checkout process. In the payment method, please select "Order by Phone". Then call us at 1-888-709-8719 and we will take your credit card information and process the order. For all phone orders we require that the shipping and billing address be the same. We will not process any phone orders until we have spoken with you and processed your credit card.
Yes, you can pay in Canadian Dollars. Simply use the same process as the Telephone orders, when you speak with the customer representative, let him or her know that you would like to pay in Canadian Dollars instead of US Dollars. We will then take your order and convert it to Canadian Dollars using the current exchange rate +/- 3% and quote you a Canadian Price. We will then take your credit card information and process the order in the Candian Dollar Amount. You can also choose to pay with a Money order as well. |
