Shipping & Delivery Policies
All of our products are shipped directly from our manufacturers to your home. Our manufacturer's warehouses are located at various locations around the USA. Shipping prices are calculated based on the products origin
We ship to anywhere within Canada and the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. For Ground shipments, you may be required to pay additional duties on delivery. Truck shipments to Canada include any duties and fees.
Do you ship to APO addresses?
Some of our items are also able to be shipped to APO addresses. You will be able to check if the item you are interested in purchasing is available for shipment to an APO address by entering your information into the shopping cart. If the item is not available to be shipped to an APO address our system will give you an error message in calculating shipping. You can also contact us at info@kidspacesolutions.com or call our toll free number at 888-709-8719 to request information on whether a specific product can ship to an APO address.
Some of our items are calculated through real-time shipping quotes from the shipping company. Other items, such as items that ship by freight or where real time shipping rates are not available, are calculated by a price per pound in addition to base shipping cost.
Most of our orders ship via UPS or FedEx. Larger items or furniture ship via FedEx LTL or another similar common carrier. All packages are shipped via ground.
In Home Delivery is included for all our larger shipments. Please note that In-Home Delivery is ground floor or elevator access only, if you need the product carried up stairs please contact us at orders@www.kidspacesolutions.com to request quote for this service. Please note that we will only give quotes for this extra service once an order has been made.
No, some of our items, especially larger furniture items come unassembled. It is your responsibility to assemble them. We have attempted to make you aware within the individual product descriptions when assembly is required. All items requiring assembly should come with assembly instructions. When your order arrives, check all packages, inside as well as out, for damage. If there is anything damaged or you are missing products that your shipping slip states should be there, make note of them. If there are any damages, please do NOT sign for your shipment or be sure to sign for it as damaged. Retain damaged item(s) or part(s) for two weeks in case UPS or FedEx need to pick up the item for inspection. In some cases, you may be required to provide documentation of damage with a photo or written statement, in order to allow us to help you resolve the problem.
The information that we require from you in order to process a claim for damaged shipment is your order number, name, address, phone number, what item was damaged and a complete description of the damage. PLEASE NOTE: Once you sign for your shipment, KidSpace Solutions is limited in its ability to resolve any damage relating to shipping.

Our shipping times vary by manufacturer. Typically in-stock items will ship within 3-10 business days. If an item will exceed that amount of time, KidSpace Solutions will send you an email notifying you of approximate shipping times. If you would like to confirm shipping times before placing an order, please email info@kidspacesolutins.com.
Although KidSpace Solutions uses well-known and trusted carriers, we are not to be held responsible for delays in transit, freight company employee misconduct, missed delivery appointments or damages to the customer's premises. If such an incident should occur, please contact the shipping company in question to file a complaint. |
